East Coast Chandlery Pte. Ltd. — licence pack and receiving console

A marine store on the east coast still receives stock on paper and keeps licences in a drawer. The brief to us uses both of our recorded activities: wholesale of a licence pack for the receiving console, and development of the small application that writes each delivery into the store’s existing stock file.

1. Read the stock file the store already trusts. Do not replace it unless the brief says so.
2. Wholesale: deliver the licence pack for the console, with a packing list that names version, seats, and the machine it will sit on.
3. Development: a receiving application that records supplier, lot, and bin, then appends a row the stock file already knows how to import.
